For those of you who are interested on what I am currently reading this weekend, since I finished that zombie themed book and I missed my chance to read a romance this week on an appropriate day, I will be reading:
Lavender Morning by Jude Deveraux.
I know what you are all thinking,” What is her addiction to these books??? Romances blech.” But I am dead serious about my love for these books, she’s a great writer and they aren’t disgustingly written. My mom actually said to me today something along the lines of “Are they talking about his junk right now?” but in romance terms. I almost puked.
There in no way is talk of junk in these books! The Sookie Stackhouse books are dirtier than this, lol.
So yes, I will be reading about a girl who is trying to figure out exactly why this old lady she was friends with decided to exclude her hometown and giant house from any story that was told to her as she was basically raised by this woman.
I’m a dork and I love every second of it.
