This one is my personal favourite of the Harry Potter books. Probably because she didn’t start killing off my favourite characters just yet, and there is no Voldemort in this one.
Harry is in his third year at Hogwarts and enjoying his time away from the Dursley’s immensely. Especially after he accidentally expanded his Aunt Marge into a human balloon….
There’s another murderous fiend on the block though who is trying to kill Harry. Someone other than Lord Voldemort. None other than the notorious Sirius Black who has just escaped from Azkaban and is looking for some revenge on the boy who lived.
Fantastic book, and it’s just the beginning of all the hell they are about to go through.
