This book is about a real life murder that happened, or at least it was based on it.
So, naturally I’m fascinated by it and what happened and who dunnit. A real life murder mystery…without really a mystery because they tell you who did it on the back.
You would think I would want to keep reading it, be interested, but it was such a summer buzz kill that I ditched it for something lighter. I can see that this would’ve been a good read if I was in the mood for murder and mayhem, but I was facing a weekend in a hotel with a pool and summer fun…soooooo, I switched over to a better book for that occasion.
Maybe I’ll get back to it later, maybe I won’t. But for now, I think I’m over it.
Now, onto the Darkest Powers book series by Kelley Armstrong. J
