Catch-22–Joseph Heller

I could see this book had spirit, I felt it the second that I picked it up…over a year ago. I’m not sure what happened in the in between, maybe Harry Potter threw off my book schedule again, but I put the book down and didn’t pick it up until recently.

Started off good, I was following along, but the second that I put the book down it was like the entire story was zapped from my brain and I couldn’t remember who any of the characters were or what was happening. But I still felt that spirit. So I kept trying. But it wasn’t enough. The second that I found out what Catch-22 was in the army it was all over. I didn’t see where the book could possibly be going and I lost interest immediately.

Maybe I’ll pick it up again in the future, but for now, Catch-22 goes back to the book shelf.

Constant vigilance.
