Huzzah I’m Brilliant!

So I’m not finished, but I thought that I would share with you the new feature to the site!

Since I’m lazy, it’s going to take my days to completely finish it. I’m also in the midst of making Christmas presents and trying to finish reading Tommyknockers, not to mention actually getting to my job at some point and then doing about fifty other things because I have a serious case of the Chaos.

Which is what I like to call my starting a zillion projects at once and then making a giant mess in my room and then finishing only one by the end of the day without completely focusing on any of them.

Instead of setting up my site stuff I was watching stuff on netflix while knitting. Because I’m the worst like that!

Anyway! THE NEW FEATURE IS: an Amazon store. Haha. Not only can you read my reviews on the books, but you can actually click on things and buy them through the site! Sort of. I’m not really sure the logistics, I’m not really a genius.

Ah well. You have my Amazon info now so you can look at my Listmania’s which will be getting set up slowly but surely, and even check out the books that I’m selling from my actual bookshelf. Papa needs to clear the decks! (Pictures to come of where all my books are hidden in my room.)

Constant vigilance and check out The Deranged Store!

Love and light and books and might.

Between the Numbers

This week I had the displeasure of discovering a little known fact about books.

That the books that are in between the normal series are kind of important. I was happily reading along with one of my favourite series (Janet Evanovich’s Stephanie Plum books) and it gave away a massive spoiler! I was reading  ‘Finger Lickin’ Fifteen’ when it gave something away that I was like ‘Whoa, whoa, whoa! When the hell did THAT happen?!?!”

Thankfully, I had the in between book that I needed before I could continue. But as I’m reading it I felt left out. There’s a character in there that was in the two or three before that and Stephanie has a familiarity with him that doesn’t make sense to me because I’ve just met him.

It stinks, but I’m powering through. Also, the other books are about to be ordered on Amazon.

This is my life.
And I failed myself. Constant vigilance didn’t happen for once. I will rectify the problem.
