I read this for the first time when I was in the seventh grade… and when I showed the dirty part to the boy beside me he ratted me out and the book was banned from the library and school. Whoops.
I just thought it was funny!
Anyway, if I was reading this in the seventh grade and not only understood it from a mature standpoint but actually enjoying it to the point of being riveted then I think you all should read this.
This is one of those rare books that if you are stuck in a rut where you don’t want to read anything, or you haven’t been able to read for awhile that it will get you back into reading instantly.
I say it a lot, but I love this book.
